Blindness From The Use of Viagra Lawsuit

An ophthalmologist at the University of Minnesota was the first medical expert to report a case of blindness from the use of Viagra. More than forty more have been reported since 2000. The first erectile dysfunctional drug was Viagra, manufactured by Pfizer. Though the FDA approved of the use of the drug the first individual to go for a Civil suit has requested it be a class action suit so that other men can get in on the benefits. Sure, that makes it easy to pay the lawyers when everyone chips in. Otherwise no one could afford to file the lawsuit and one can bet the mortgage payment that class action was encouraged by the attorney. One can get their fill of the legal advertising on television where lawyers ask others to get involved. It has become an easy method for clogging the courts, and for everyone who is convincing enough that they have the ailments to prove their damages, to get a cut of the settlements. More often than not it becomes a settlement instead of a court case because the manufacturers have already set aside the millions they anticipate paying when the effects begin to pop up. America is an open place for testing 800 million guinea pigs for no expense to the pharmaceutical company. The settlement may be a pittance to what it would cost the manufacturer to actually conduct their own tests before it goes on sale. No fools they! Pfizer has disclaimed such accusations stating that clinical trial studies have produced no significant evidence that Viagra causes blindness. They declare that testing was conducted on 13,000 men and not one developed blindness. Will, oh let's say, just 50 of these men please stand up?
