Katie Holmes to File Suit Against Cruise?

Maybe Katie Holmes should have lunch at home. The word is she was overheard giving were emphatic statements about starting a lawsuit against someone. No one really mentioned Tom Cruise's name but right off he was suspect by the eavesdroppers.
It appears that Katie kept saying, “I want to file suit, even if it's just to teach him a lesson.”
Heretofore publicity would have us all believe that Katie had lost her tongue altogether, especially when scene stealer Tom Cruise is in her vicinity, or should we say “the great Svengali?”
Putting two and two together those getting the ear full said that she was not wearing an engagement ring at the time of the conversation.
There has even been speculation that she has plans to escape Tom and take Suri with her, but then she goes ahead with an expensive, elaborate wedding in Italy.
She is 27 and certainly old enough to get out of it, but she always seems like one who has been hypnotized when Cruise has a grip on her. So it seems a stretch that she was talking about Cruise. Even though her last words were, as she left her luncheon companion: “Put the paperwork together and go ahead and do it.”
Any other lawsuits which are on-going are entirely the troubles of Tom Cruise.
Though Holmes may have few lawsuits going on her new husband has a sufficiency to keep him busy for some time.
