Jessica Alba Suing Hugh Hefner?Even Hugh Hefner can't break the law and Jessica Alba is just the one to prove it. He takes all kinds of liberties and has for years but putting Jessica's photo on his porn publication of March 2002 without her permission caused her to withdraw her good nature. It appears that Hefner pledged to donate substantial sums to Alba's favorite charities and perhaps felt he was entitled after his generosity. What his sales pitch was to get the permission and the photo from Colombia Pictures, on hand due to Alba's forthcoming film, “Into The Blue” was his shifty little trick since he was all too aware that she refused to pose – even for a fee. As yet undisclosed contributions to Alba's charities were wrapped in a personal note from the legendary inamorata (at lease in his own eyes) apologizing and promising amends for “any distress he may have “unintentionally” caused, by the publication of her photo. His lame excuse was that he intended nothing more than his tribute to her “tremendous popularity” and that it was all misinterpreted by some as something more. Hefner declared his “heartfelt sorrow “since “we are among your biggest fans.” Ms. Alba's manners were above reproach since she notified Hefner that, “I have decided to discontinue my claims against you.” Wouldn't one, knowing Hugh Hefner's lewd and obscene reputation, not to mention, the untold numbers of Hollywood starlets and models he has been “associated “ with, lo these many years, that his withered “cuteness” doesn't cut his penchant for such assumptions such as failure to get permission? Who is kidding who? Way to go Jessica.
