Insurance Claims

When a claimant determines that he had been injured seriously by using the drugs prescribed by a doctor it is a good idea to have your healthcare provider supply a written document containing the precise symptoms you suffer. Most insurance carriers will attempt to evaluate your claim by a computer known as Colossus – nothing in writing. It's simply a computer program meant to calculate how much to pay out. If you haven't presented the paperwork with all, and any damages, precisely, this program may not see the severity of your claim and the insurance company won't be willing to make a career of your case if it is incomplete when you submitted it. Colossus doesn't recognize anything if it isn't in writing. Consider the exact descriptions of your damages i.e.: headaches, dizziness, muscle pains and aches, nausea, vision problems, anxiety, depression, neurosis, radiating pain, sleeplessness, loss of appetite, inability to move limbs, bruises, bleeding, mental confusion and lacerations could be among your complaints and need to be accurately writtten in your medical papers. There is the Seventh Amendment which could be going down the drain in the near future by laws the House of Representatives passed in July 2005. This amendment happens to be: the right to trial by jury. If this law passes the Senate then the big companies and medical device companies along with wealthy professionals in the medical field will have virtual legal immunity from claims caused by their negligance. In other words, any damages cased by anyone in any way connected with the practice of medicine will be just our tough luck because drug companies, doctors and dentists and manufacturers of equipment for medical use will be off the hook when thing go awry for the patient.
