ADHD Medications Class Action Lawsuits Scam?
Many of the articles I research begin with a URL ready to be clicked on the computer which sends one to the advertisement of lawyers suggesting that if you have suffered from an ADHD drug you have a good lawsuit and “click here” for a top rated law firm that can evaluate your legal rights.
This is a practice bearing an immoral premise wherein those unfamiliar with the law can be inveigled into placing their name and their complaints on the list with others in a combined lawsuit called Class Action.
Show me someone less than honest who couldn't concoct a usable tale of the aches, pains and dreadful suffering through use of some drug that any attorney worth his law degree couldn't develop – and convince one that he/she truly had a winnable case.
The innocence of such people would be hard-pressed not to comply and cooperate when the mention of millions are available in huge pharmaceutical corporations
There are several drugs prescribed for ADHD and suddenly they are all about their dangerous side effects. These same convincing lawyers were all over the tobacco industry not too long ago. Now, that's not to suggest that it was illegal to dance on that industry, but where is it today? Though it paid out billions tobacco is still sold to anyone who can afford to pay the high price. The lawyers have another ten million dollar home on a private island and people are still dying of lung cancer, both in the US and worldwide.
Where, I ask, is the advance in health? Sure there are more millionaires through law suits but absolutely nothing benefited. The addicts simply commit more crimes to be able to afford their addictions with some addicts among the very lawyers who argued the deadly effects of its use and the irresponsibility of the manufacturers.
I suggest this mainly to convince readers that most annoying and useless class actions against companies are redundant to the point of disbelief and effectual in creating even greater strength for liability suits. People of all cuts are ready to accept money through any means and such law suits convince literally thousands of otherwise honest people to dip into the never empty well they believe pharmaceutical companies have in their coffers.
