Jessica Simpson Lawsuit New

 Tarrant Apparel Group of Los Angeles, a clothing manufacturer, is suing Jessica for $100 Million, saying she breached a contract she had with them but failed to support the lines of apparel she developed with the company.
Court papers stated that the signed agreement of December 2004 Simpson's Brand Manufacturing LLC allows its use of her name that requires Jessica will be actively involved in the promotion of the products for selling, marketing and distribution of Women's Sportsware. In other words Simpson agreed to publicly wear and display the products, especially in her shows and public appearances. The case was filed in Manhattan's Supreme Court.
Jessica had already been paid $2.2 Million guaranteed for the remainder of the contract.
The clothing company declared that she never appeared in any of their “duds” and even declared her preference for another name brand of Jeans as her favorite.
Her lawyer, Jed Ferdinard stated that Simpson denies it absolutely. All untrue!
The two representing lawyers have tried to resolve the case but negotiations failed.
Madonna has released yet another lesbian charge by revealing that Jessica Simpson and Lindsay Lohan were in talks for what Tabloids call a “three way lesbian shocker” at this year's MTV Music Awards. You will remember that three years ago at the same event she grabbed the headlines by snagging Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera on stage for more of the same. Talk about cats.
Still more of Simpson's legal troubles: she has been surfing dating services so she's not only dateless, but it would appear desperate, She is actually on the search for love, but what a way to go about it. What is there about Jessica Simpson that keeps the eligibles at a distance? One could say her gross immaturity exhibited recently by her hooking up with Paris Hilton and Spears to form what is now known as the female Brat Pack.
Jessica has made yet another mistake thinking her crazy acts are good for publicity. Instead by osmosis she's absorbing more of what makes her look so ridiculous and draws the insensitive remarks about her thoughtless decisions. She's a once married woman with two children and still hasn't grown up.
Jessica has a penchant for signing contracts and nonchalantly ignoring the responsibility such contracts demand. For example: Nick Lachey has sued his estranged wife for ending their marriage three months before the contract to stay together for 41 months had expires. Not even two years folks!
Doesn't that sound like a lifelong commitment was just some old-fashioned idea? So-called celebrities in Hollywood have no conception of what life is about, much less possess any spirituality.
Nick is just as weak. He pledged all of his royalties from “98 Degrees” songs, his MTV appearances on their reality show to promote Her albums and perfume line – and his soul – in exchange for 41 months of marriage that would keep them both in the public eye. Simpson violated that contract as well. Hollywood is the diseased portion of the United States.
It's overrun with simple minded people who are altogether blank in every phase of why they were born. Good looks must be rewarded they believe, and free sex, living together, having children together sans benefit of a real marriage in the eyes of God is simply no part in satisfying their desires.
“Celerity” is assigned to those who can make themselves the largest fools. Gaining newspaper headlines by the most outrageous antics is their idea of gaining publicity. If they only knew how ridiculous they actually are in the eyes of the sensible public – sensible the operative word – they'd run and hide with embarrassment.
The only celebrities Hollywood ever produced have long left this earth. They and only they deserve the accolade “Celebrity” because barring a few, all lived their lives with dignity and that's another adjective whose meaning is lost.
