Demi Moore Legal Issues and Whatnot

Demi and Ashton Kutcher flatly state that where they choose to give their wedding photo fee is no one's business, but their's. A transatlantic magazine purportedly paid $3 million for the photos on exclusive contract. It was thought that the couple had planned to donate the money to Habitat for Humanity which assist homeless people. However, the spokesperson for Habitat declares that no money has been forthcoming for Habitat for Humanity and that they have no knowledge of the money, but would certainly welcome it. Moore's publicist tells New York Daily News that though the actress is a very charitable person she also likes to keep her charities private. In another matter Demi's and husband Ashton's weekend wedding almost didn't happen when he was called to jury duty service. He desperately tried to defer the community service but found out he had no choice – it was the law and he was nothing special. All that advice was superfluous when the case he was assigned as a juryman was settled out of court. The wedding went on as scheduled. Demi Moore has been cleared of sexual harassment claims filed by one she had employed. Somehow it seems quite believable to this writer and a fantastic impression of how she'd go about it is displayed in her movie “Disclosure.” Lawrence Bass is his name and he declares that the X superstar fired him after he rejected her advances. 43 year old Bass had been employed by Moore 41, to work at her retreat in Idaho. So, Mr. Bass has composed a book detailing all the fun and games he observed between Demi and Ashton and a few of her moves Mr. Bass was very familiar with. Everyone is suing everyone else. Moore and Kutcher are doing all they can to put the quiotus on the publication of his book.
